How PinSeek handles your information.

PinSeek is built to watch tee time availability and send alerts you ask for. We keep the data needed to run the service, deliver alerts, and help you manage your saved alerts.

What we collect.

Account email, saved watches, preferred courses, notification preferences, mobile push tokens, browser push endpoints, and the alert activity needed to operate your account. We may also collect product analytics events, such as page views, alert creation, checkout starts, and campaign attribution parameters, to understand and improve the service.

Why we collect it.

To authenticate you, monitor tee times, send alerts, and show a history of activity in your dashboard.

What we do not collect.

The native app does not collect precise device location, photos, camera access, microphone audio, contacts, health data, or financial account information. Course preferences are user-provided and are used to personalize tee-time watches and alerts.

How alerts work.

If you enable email, browser, or mobile alerts, we send notifications through the providers, browser subscriptions, Firebase, and Apple Push Notification service needed to deliver them.

Account and data deletion.

Signed-in users can delete their account directly from Account by choosing Delete account. This removes the account email, saved watches, alert history, notification destinations, profile, and saved pairing activity from PinSeek.

If you cannot sign in, email hello@pinseek.io for help accessing your account. Active Apple subscriptions are managed separately in your Apple ID settings.
